Please open a support ticket with our agents to review your refund case at sales@jeffchristopherliquor.com

If you have just placed an order and it has not been shipped yet, you may be eligible for a full refund minus any processing fees our marketplace might have incurred.

If you have received the order and wish to return it, please reach out to us to evaluate the case at hand. We cannot guarantee refunds for products consumed or opened.

One of our agents will evaluate the case and provide a resolution. Note that all our shipping carries insurance policy that covers the cost of the product minus shipping cost because we use a third party shipping. However, thrid party shipping insurance may apply to cover damages and also other benefits for inconvenience and loss. We look forward to helping you.
